This website is hosted on a server (VPS) of STRATO AG, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. The servers are located in Germany. We have concluded a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR with the provider.

If you contact us via the selling or sourcing form, by email or by phone, we process the details you provide (e.g. name, contact data, information and photos of your watch) in order to handle your enquiry.

• Purpose: handling your enquiry and, where applicable, initiating a contract.
• Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR) as well as pre-contractual and contractual measures (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).
• Retention period: until your enquiry has been finally processed, thereafter subject to statutory retention periods.

5. Contact via WhatsApp

You can contact us via the messaging service WhatsApp. When you click a WhatsApp link on this website, you are forwarded to WhatsApp; you can edit or delete any pre-filled message at any time before sending it. The provider is WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland. When you use it, personal data (including your phone number and the content of your message) is processed and may also be transferred to servers of Meta Platforms, Inc. in the USA. We process the data you send us via WhatsApp solely to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in fast, straightforward communication and, where applicable, the initiation or performance of a contract (Art. 6 (1) (f) and (b) GDPR).
